I'm an Ayurvedic lifestyle coach and counselor, trained in ayurveda, yoga and tantric teachings. As I embraced the principles of Ayurveda, I found myself shedding old habits and patterns that no longer served me, and unlocking a deeper connection with my true self.

Born in France, my journey has taken me across borders, immersing me in diverse cultures and traditions. France, with its deep appreciation for food as an art, taught me the importance of savouring every bite and living with balance. Later, I made my home in the United Kingdom, a place where I truly felt a sense of belonging. The UK’s rich history and blend of old and new ways of living inspired my curiosity about how different lifestyles shape our well-being. Now, living by the serene coast in Spain, I’ve embraced the Mediterranean’s slow pace, vibrant community, and seasonal approach to food and life.

Through all of these experiences, I’ve been fascinated by the different ways people eat, move, and find balance in their lives. Yet, it was Ayurveda that brought all of these lessons together, teaching me that no matter where you are in the world, true wellness begins with understanding and nourishing your unique body, mind, and spirit. Having lived in those countries, immersed in a different cultures, and experienced countless ways of eating and living, I’ve always been fascinated by how each place I’ve called home offered its own approach to health and well-being.

This journey ignited a passion within me to share these life-changing practices with others—people just like you—who are seeking harmony, inner peace, and a more vibrant existence and to share the humble teachings of Ayurveda and teach you how to meditate.

my MISSION

For the past 4 years I’ve been helping people bring more balance, health, and ease into their lives using the wisdom of Ayurveda. What I love most about this work is that it meets each person where they are, whether it’s with the body, emotions, or spirit.

For me, Ayurveda isn’t about quick fixes or lofty ideals. It’s about tuning in, finding simple ways to feel more grounded, and creating habits that support your real, everyday life. Balance is at the heart of everything I do, because I’ve seen how even small shifts can make someone feel lighter, clearer, and more at home in themselves.

My role isn’t to tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you offering guidance, practices, and support as you reconnect with your own natural rhythm and well-being.
